    Questions

Do I need a CV to start?

No. Fill in your career profile once, or upload an old CV, and every tool reuses it. You can add experience, education and skills at any time.

    Will it make things up?

No. The tools only use what is in your career profile and the job advert. Suggested skills, such as those from the Skills translator, are only added when you accept them.

    Can I edit the documents?

Yes. CVs and cover letters are Word (DOCX) files, so you can change anything before you send them.

I am changing careers. Will this help?

Yes. The Skills translator turns what you did in your previous career into skills employers look for, and Career routes suggests bridge roles with small projects to prove the skills you are missing.

    What does it cost?

Each tool costs a set number of credits, for example 8 for a skill gap analysis and 12 for a targeted job application pack. Plans start at £9 a month for 20 credits, or buy credit packs from £10. Prices exclude VAT. Lessons and the AI tutor are included with plans.
