Data controller

LAB402 Consulting and Development Ltd, operator of pitangalabs.dev, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: support@pitangalabs.dev.

Personal data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, profile photo (if you sign in with Google), account identifiers.
• Uploaded content — the documents and images you submit to our tools, plus any job metadata such as file name and status.
• Transaction data — purchases, credits granted and used, subscription status, and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider, never by us.
• Usage and technical data — tool usage logs, timestamps, error diagnostics.
• Referral data — referral codes, referred sign-ups, commission and payout email if you join the affiliate programme.

Why and on what basis

We process this data to perform our contract with you (providing the tools, credits and billing), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, tax and refunds and receives the data needed to complete your order.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to host the application, your account records and uploaded files.
• AI model providers — file contents are sent to AI processing providers solely to generate the result you requested.
• Authentication providers — Google, if you choose to sign in with it.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted 24 hours after a job completes. Account, credit and transaction records are retained while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@pitangalabs.dev. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember referral codes. We do not use advertising cookies.
