1. Who you are contracting with

Pitanga Labs (LAB402 Consulting and Development Ltd) operates the website pitangalabs.dev and the AI file tools available on it (the "Service"). You can contact us at support@pitangalabs.dev.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• Every tool run consumes credits. Prices per tool are shown on the pricing page.
• One-off credit packs do not expire.
• Monthly plan credits are added on each successful renewal and remain valid for three months from the date they are added.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and removes any unused plan allowance at the point of cancellation.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload content you do not have the right to process;
• process unlawful, infringing, abusive or sexually exploitative material;
• attempt to reverse engineer, resell, scrape, overload or circumvent credit limits or access controls;
• use automated means to create multiple accounts or abuse the referral programme.

5. Your content and our IP

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to deliver the requested result. Processed files and inputs are deleted 24 hours after a job completes. All software, branding and content of the Service remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

6. Availability and AI output

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. We do not warrant that any specific file can be repaired, upscaled or optimised.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund of consumed credits, if you breach these terms, abuse the referral programme, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
